Hello, I’m Janine of Each Day Life Coaching.  


I’m a certified Life Coach and NLP Practitioner specialising in relationships. I support individuals and couples experiencing challenges in marriage, as well as those navigating life during or after separation. Clients also come to me for guidance through difficulties in the workplace, friendship groups and family dynamics.


My background in public relations within the entertainment industry strengthened my belief in the power of empathy, listening and authentic communication. I was often the person colleagues and people outside of the workplace turned to for advice.


Over time, I noticed that the tensions people faced often centred around the relationships closest to them. Whether in their marriage, family, friendships or at work, there was always something they needed to talk through and make sense of.


I always encouraged them to express themselves openly and authentically, while staying true to their sense of self. I recognised both the difficulty of speaking candidly with those we care about and the importance of having a safe, confidential and neutral space to do so. 


Each Day was created to be just that: a place where you can speak authentically and be heard without judgment.


Drawing on both personal and professional experience, my coaching helps clients make sense of their experiences and discover what truly matters to them.  When life doesn’t follow a straight path, I offer genuine empathy and a calm, confidential space where judgment is left at the door.


Alongside emotional support through divorce and separation, I also help clients manage the practical side of the process. My organisational background allows me to bring structure and calm to what can often feel overwhelming.


For me, this is more than coaching, it is a collaborative process. My aim is for you to leave each session feeling lighter, clearer and confident about the future.


I hold a BA (Hons) in Public Relations and a Practitioner Diploma in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Life Coaching. I am DBS checked and am a member of the UK Life Coach Directory.


I work with clients across the UK and internationally, offering both face-to-face, online and telephone sessions.

Navigating separation or divorce can be one of life’s most emotionally challenging experiences often stirring up feelings of loss, sadness, anger and confusion.   


For some it brings relief or freedom, depending on the circumstances.


During these transitions, it is completely normal to feel unsteady and uncertain about the future as you adjust to a new reality. 


 Experiencing separation or divorce doesn’t have to mark an ending it can also be the rediscovering of who you are and what truly matters to you. 


My role is to support you so that this period can become a time of healing, empowerment and renewed direction.

 Life coaching is a forward-focused collaborative process designed to help you understand where you are now, clarify where you want to be and take practical steps to get there.  

 

Rather than dwelling on the past, it is about creating meaningful change in the present and future.


Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is about understanding how your mind works and how your thoughts, language and behaviours shape the results you experience in everyday life.


The aim is to help you recognise and shift the unconscious habits or beliefs that may be holding you back. By becoming more aware of how you think (rather than what you think) you can begin to make beneficial and lasting changes.


NLP brings together simple yet powerful ideas from psychology, communication and behavioural science. It focuses on language and thought patterns, exploring how the words we use shape our state of mind. 


The techniques aim to “reprogram” unhelpful thought loops and habits by shifting language, perception and focus.


The results can be truly life-changing, helping you see situations differently, approach challenges with confidence and create change that feels both natural and achievable.

While both life coaching and therapy offer support and opportunities for personal growth, they are quite different.


Traditional therapy often explores a person’s past experiences, unresolved emotion, and psychological patterns. It can sometimes be an open-ended process of exploration, focusing on understanding and healing from what has already happened.


Coaching on the other hand is more solution-focused, working on the present and what lies ahead. It’s less about why something happened and more about how to move forward effectively.


Therapy may use cognitive or psychodynamic approaches, whereas life coaching is more structured, working towards clear outcomes. 


It emphasises practical tools and exercises that clients can apply immediately.


An NLP life coach is not a therapist but works alongside and supports clients as they navigate challenging situations.


Therapy can sometimes be a longer-term process, depending on the depth of emotional or psychological work involved. 


Life coaching can be short-term or long-term depending on the client’s needs and goals.

how the sessions work

I understand that life can be busy with careers, families and personal responsibilities, so I will work with you to find a time that fits comfortably into your schedule.  Sessions can be held online or by phone or face-to-face in Central and North London, Monday to Friday including evenings and some weekends.   


Each NLP life coaching session lasts an hour. The frequency of sessions depends on your individual needs though I generally recommend starting with 6–8 to allow time for real progress to take shape.   


Many people looking for longer-term growth choose to continue their life coaching journey with an increased number of sessions in a way that suits them. 


 Whether you’d like a single coaching experience or a tailored block of sessions, we can shape the process around your needs and timeline. 


 I also offer between session check-in support if required.


My rates are:

Single Session – £75 A gentle starting point, this 60 minute session offers the opportunity to get a feel for coaching. We can calmly explore where you are right now and where you want to be. 


6-Session Package – £420 Designed to get more into what is going on for you and start to implement new focuses and mindset for lasting change and deeper self-awareness. Includes six 60-minute sessions.


8-Session Package - £560 For those ready to create lasting relationship breakthroughs. Includes eight 60-minute sessions.
